After the harness is covered, correct terminal ends are applied and crimped.
After crimping, the terminal ends are also soldered into place to insure accuracy and performance of the connection.
Original style wire tags are installed on the terminal ends to assist the vehicle restorer in installation. Some manufacturers originally had cotton tags showing harness part numbers wrapped directly into the harness. This, too, is faithfully reproduced as shown in this 1/2 ton Dodge truck harness.
The many smaller harness sub-assemblies needed for the vehicle harness are assembled, tagged and bagged.
The entire vehicle's wiring system is boxed and a detailed instruction book is included which identifies each wiring assembly and explains it's installation.
